Terms and Conditions for the Young Socialites Elite Participant Exclusive Package and Group Video Shoot

Effective Date: July 1, 2024

Thank you for choosing the Young Socialites Elite Participant Exclusive Package and Group Video Shoot for the Indie Fashion Show Detroit on August 22nd, 2024. By purchasing these packages, you agree to the following terms:

1. Package Inclusions
- Garment: Your $100 commitment fee covers a custom-made outfit designed specifically for you.
- Media Package: Receive digital copies of professionally captured photos and videos from the show.
- Model Flyer: A personalized flyer showcasing your participation in the show.
- Group Video Shoot: For an additional $55, participate in a professionally produced group video during the event.

2. Registration and Payment
- First-Come, First-Served: Spots are limited and confirmed upon payment.
- Non-Refundable Fees: The $100 commitment fee for the Elite Package and the $55 fee for the Group Video Shoot are non-refundable.

3. Garment Details
Custom Design: We’ll contact you to discuss design and sizing. The garment will be provided on the event day.

4. Media Usage
Personal Use: Photos, videos, and the group video are for personal sharing. Commercial use requires written permission.

5. Cancellation
No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel or do not attend.
